We offer a wide variety of items—including electronics, home goods, fashion, accessories, and more—depending on uploaded inventory. Since users upload their products on our platform, availability changes frequently.

It is a mix of both pre-owned and new. Many items are New, open-box, like-new, or gently used. Please find the physical condition details by clicking on the product image. Take the buying/swapping decision accordingly.

Yes! ZiHERO is available for free download and use. Optional premium features may be introduced in the future to enhance visibility or provide exclusive perks. All exchanges are free between users. The program encourages community sharing, helping users connect, reduce waste, save money, and introduce friends to a sustainable way of exchanging products.

ZiHERO currently operates across India. Users outside India may access if registered with a valid Indian mobile number. Service availability may vary by region.

To open your account in the app, start by downloading and installing ZiHERO from the App Store or Google Play Store. Click Sign Up and follow the instructions. It takes less than a minute. After signing up, verify your account by entering the code sent to your email.

Tap the upload button on the footer, add photos, a title, description, set a price and trade option, and publish/post your listing. It will instantly be visible to users all over India.

Your products can be found on “My List” in the footer. What’s New shows your product to other users.

All fields are mandatory before you post an item. Please make sure everything is filled in before proceeding.

No, the email on your current account cannot be changed. You would need to create a new account with the new email. Your existing account must remain active because it contains your product listings and related details. You can change details like your name, phone number, and city — log into your account → Go to You Settings.

Check spam/junk folders or add ZiHERO to your safe sender list.

You can browse without an account, but you’ll need one to Upload, send offers, contact sellers, referral programs, and get access to free products.

If logged out, you can go to the 'You' section and Login again.

It could be due to a weak internet connection, an outdated app version, or temporary server issues. Please try checking your connection, restarting the app, or updating it to the latest version. If the problem persists, contact our support team for assistance.

To reset your password, go to the You section and select “Change Password.” Follow the instructions to receive a reset link via your registered email or phone number and create a new password.

To update your account details, go to the Profile section in the app. From there, you can edit information such as your name, phone number, and city. Be sure to save any changes before exiting.

You can reach us via email, live chat, or our Help Center within the app. You section → Contact Us. We typically respond within 48 hours. Contact our support team via the “Contact Us” section in the app or our website www.zironetsolutions.com.

Go to You → Delete Account. Keep in mind that this action is permanent and will remove your listings, chats, and profile.

Tap on any item you're interested in, then use the in-app chat to negotiate and arrange a deal with the seller. Payment and delivery/pickup details are handled directly between users.

Swapping means exchanging items directly with another person instead of using money.

You can upload your items. Select trade type ‘Swap’. For example, if you want a shirt that costs around INR 500, you can offer a book of INR 500 (plus, minus 10%). Just upload your item and click the contact seller button. If the seller likes your item and wants to swap, they will click ‘Accept’, and you’ll get a notification that your offer is approved. You can then chat and meet to exchange items.

Yes! You can upload multiple products of matching prices, or our system automatically sends all your items at matching prices for exchange. The seller gets details of the items that they can swap their product with. Only one item from the list can be selected for exchange.

Click on ‘My List’ on the footer. Tap on your product and check the status. It displays all requests received, closed, chat pending, and approved. Similarly, for ‘Swap’ & ‘Give Free’, when you click on them and check their filter.

Your products become visible all over the country the moment you upload them. When other users get interested in buying or swapping your products, you will immediately receive a message. It’s always best to upload nice images from all directions so that buyers can see the product nicely and show interest. Give the best price deals and offers.

Yes—Bulk in the category section has products for bulk selling, buying, swapping, and for free distribution.

ZiHERO serves solely as an intermediary platform connecting buyers and sellers. We do not manage returns, refunds, exchanges, or disputes. All transactions and post-sale arrangements must be handled directly between the users from within our chat section.

Since our app only connects buyers and sellers, we do not facilitate returns. If you need to arrange a return, please contact the other user and continue chatting directly through our chat section. Mutually agree on the return method, meeting point, or any other terms. All return-related steps must be handled between the buyer and the seller.

Our app serves solely as an intermediary platform connecting buyers and sellers. We do not manage cancellations on behalf of users. Order cancellations must be mutually agreed upon and handled directly between the buyer and seller through the in-app chat.

No, free products once collected are not eligible for return.

We understand that returns can matter if you are not fully satisfied, but free items are not returnable. Because these products come from individuals who share them generously. Avoiding returns makes the process easier and encourages more people to give. This helps keep a wider variety of free items available for everyone. To make sure you choose the right product, please review the details carefully and feel free to ask the seller any questions before collecting it.

Exchanges are not facilitated through the app. If you wish to exchange a product, you will need to coordinate directly with the other user through the in-app chat.

We use clear condition grading, so you know exactly what to expect. New - Factory-sealed & pre-owned - previously used. Average: Fully functional with visible cosmetic wear, Good: Light signs of previous ownership, Like-New: Minimal or no signs of use, packaging opened.

Since ZiHERO is a peer-to-peer platform, we do not handle returns or replacements. If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact the seller directly through the in-app chat to discuss a resolution. Always review item details and communicate with the seller before completing the exchange to avoid issues.

ZiHERO’s Refer a Friend program lets you earn rewards for inviting friends and family to join the platform using your unique referral code.

You share your unique referral link. Your friend signs up using your code. You earn access to free pre- owned or new products.

One referral unlocks items worth up to ₹5,000; two referrals - up to products worth ₹12,000, and so on, up to products worth ₹30,000.

To claim a product, browse the Free Products on the homepage or the Product Overview in the YOU section. Log into your account → YOU section → Go to Refer a friend → Copy and share your unique link

No! You can refer to unlimited friends and earn unlimited access to free products.

Once your friend signs up, you get a notification, and free products get unlocked. Tap on the ‘Get free’ button for items you want. You will get notified if it’s still available. You can then coordinate collection or delivery via chat.

Availability may vary. If a product becomes unavailable, you’ll be instantly notified—so you can quickly send an offer to another free option without wasting time.

No. Self-referrals or duplicate accounts are not eligible.

Common reasons include – Your friend didn’t use your link; friend signed up from a different account. Contact support if you think this was a mistake.

Yes! Through refer a friend program, users can avail free items based on referrals or completing more ‘swap’ transactions.

You earn points by swapping more products or referring to friends

Eligible free items will be active when you have enough referral points for that product price, or you have swapped three barter products.

Once unlocked, you can redeem it anytime, giving you the flexibility to choose the perfect moment to claim your free product. We recommend checking your free product access regularly to enjoy it while it’s available

If you cannot receive your free product, you’ll be notified if it’s no longer available. If it’s unavailable, you can browse and tap ‘Get Free’ for other available products. There are many more options available.

The app protects your data with secure encryption and strict privacy measures. Your personal information, including account details and chat messages, is stored safely and never shared without your consent. For more details, you can view our Privacy Policy and Terms & Conditions anytime in the ‘You’ section.

ZiHERO acts solely as an intermediary and cannot be held liable for fraud. All transactions are conducted directly between users, and each user is responsible for their own safety and due diligence. All applicable GST (Goods and Services Tax) is the responsibility of the user, as per Indian tax laws. ZiHERO does not charge additional GST on peer-to-peer exchanges, but users should comply with any tax obligations related to their transactions

No, buyers cannot raise complaints through the platform. Since ZiHERO is a peer-to-peer platform, all transactions are managed directly between users. Buyers may contact sellers through the in-app chat, or, if necessary, file complaints through official channels such as the E-Daakhil Portal or District, State, or National Consumer Forums
