By using our mobile app ZiHERO ("App"), you consent to the practices described below.

We do not knowingly collect or Process the Personal Data of children (i.e. individuals under the age of 18 years) without verifiable parental consent. If we become aware that we have collected Personal Data from a child without valid consent, we will delete such information promptly. Please note that by providing your consent to the usage of the App by the minor under your guardianship, you agree that the platform cannot be held liable for any actions, interactions, or transactions conducted with the afore-mentioned minor.

We shall collect the under information and data prior to permitting an individual to access the App:

  • 3.2 Payment Information: We do not collect any payment information.
  • 3.3 Location Data: For location-based search.
  • 3.4 User Activity Data: Messages, transactions, interactions, and usage of analytics. We collect this data with your consent and only for purposes necessary to operate and improve the platform.
